Even our wardrobe is chosen and prepared in advance because we believe that looking professional is just as important as performing professionally.

On event day, our work starts hours before you ever see us. After one final equipment check, everything is carefully packed into our vehicle in a specific order so setup is efficient and organized. Before we even leave, we've usually spoken with the venue to confirm arrival times, loading instructions, and setup logistics. We prefer to arrive at least two hours before guests so we have plenty of time to set up, test everything one final time, and make sure your photo booth is perfect before the first guest walks into the room.

Travel is another part of the job many people never think about. Some events are just around the corner, while others may require an hour—or several hours—on the road. That's why travel fees sometimes apply for locations farther from our service area. Like many event professionals, we build that time into our planning so we can arrive early, relaxed, and ready to give you our full attention.
Then comes the part everyone sees: the event itself. While our package may say four hours of service, we're often on-site much longer. Weddings, for example, usually include cocktail hour, introductions, dances, dinner, speeches, and other special moments before the photo booth even opens. We stay ready, waiting for the perfect time to welcome guests. Throughout the evening, we're not just pressing a button—we're helping guests, encouraging fun, fixing little issues before anyone notices them, keeping prints flowing, organizing props, and making sure every person walks away with a memory they'll treasure.

When the party ends, our day isn't over. We carefully pack every piece of equipment, clean the area, load everything back into the vehicle, and begin the trip home. Once we're back, equipment is unloaded, batteries are recharged, files are backed up, and preparations begin all over again for the next event.
